Can we move our existing templates across?
Yes. DocGen is designed as a drop-in replacement. We take your current templates and data, rebuild them in DocGen, and check the output against what you produce today before you switch over.
Do we have to use both document generation and signing?
No. Both are included in the one package. Use document generation on its own, signing on its own, or both together. You decide how much of each you use.
Can our own team edit templates?
Yes. Templates, content blocks, styles and page layouts are all editable in-house, with a visual page designer, live preview and an AI assistant. Nothing needs to go back to a vendor for a wording change.
Where is our data stored?
Processed privately and securely in Australia. DocGen runs in Australian data centres and every customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.
How does DocGen connect to our systems?
Through a simple API. Your system sends data, DocGen renders the document and notifies your system when it is ready. Transformers reshape your existing data so you do not have to change what you send.
